Terms And Conditions Of Trade For Candidates

CANDIDATE REGISTRATION (FREE)
If a candidate completes this application form, their application and CV will be evaluated and assessed by the CEA recruitment team in relation to all employment vacancies which have been placed live with CEA are are still currently available at that moment in time. If synergy between the candidate and one of the vacancies is deemed to be strong, then the candidate will be invited to attend an interview at one of the CEA offices, either in London, New York, or Geneva. If the candidate is not considered to be suitable for any of the vacancies currently available through CEA then the candidate will be notified accordingly via email and their CEA file will subsequently be deleted. A candidate cannot apply for free registration twice within a period of 12 months. That is to say if a 2nd application form is received by CEA, our database will inform us that the candidate has already submitted a free registration form within 12 months and the CEA file will once again be deleted.

CANDIDATE RECRUITMENT SERVICE (CRS) (£50.00)
If a candidate completes this application form and pays a candidate recruitment service fee, then the candidate registration (free) service as described above will be implemented. However, in this instance the candidate's CEA file will be retained within the CEA database for a period of 12 months. The candidate's CEA file will then be evaluated and assessed by the CEA recruitment team in relation to all employment vacancies which have been placed live with CEA and are still currently available during the complete 12 months of registration. If synergy between the candidate and one of the vacancies is deemed to be strong, then the candidate will be invited to attend an interview at one of the CEA offices, either in London, New York, or Geneva.

VIRTUAL CONSULTANCY SERVICE (VCS) (£100.00)
If a candidate completes this application form, their application and CV will be evaluated and assessed by the CEA recruitment team in relation to all virtual consultancy assignments and projects which have been placed live with CEA are are still currently available at that moment in time. If synergy between the candidate and one of the consultancy assignments is deemed to be strong, then the candidate will be forwarded details of the assignment or project and will be invited to confirm their interest. A service agreement will then be developed by CEA in relation to the proposed assignment or project and this agreement will then be signed by both the candidate and the client company. If the candidate is not considered to be suitable for any of the consultancy assignments or projects currently available through CEA then the candidate will be notified accordingly.

However, in this instance the candidate's CEA file will be retained within the CEA database for a period of 12 months. The candidate's CEA file will then be evaluated and assessed by the CEA recruitment team in relation to all consultancy assignments and projects which have been placed live with CEA and are still currently available during the complete 12 months of registration.

Virtual consultancy services can be provided by the candidate virtually from home as long as they have access to a computer and the internet and no attendance on the client's premises will be necessary. Typical virtual consultancy service assignments can include business planning, business development, business implementation, business management, business review, project planning, project implementation and interim management.

VIRTUAL CONSULTANCY SERVICE (VCS) (£100.00)
The candidate can specify which departments they would want to work with, depending upon their own experience and interests, including e-commerce, finance, marketing, operations, human resources, information technology, production, management and strategy.

Consultancy assignments and projects will also be evaluated and assessed based upon each individual candidate's ability and subsequently their industry sector experience and interests, corporate achievements, core skills and personal interests will also be taken into consideration. This process is undertake quickly and efficiently by using the offline CEA databases.

Remuneration for virtual consultancy services (VCS) is set by City Executive Associates at the standard rate of £50.00 GBP per hour or £400.00 GBP per day plus any tax. The contract for virtual consultancy services (VCS) is in all cases directly between the candidate and the client. The candidate invoices clients directly and provides details of timesheets to support invoices raised. These invoices and timesheets are also copied to City Executive Associates. Invoices are payable by clients within 14 days of receipt.
