CANDIDATE RECRUITMENT SERVICE (CRS)
Registration fee for 12 months - £50.00 GBP
Commission charged on annual salary for year 1 only - 10 per cent
Please note that all commissions are charged to client companies directly and are not deducted from the salaries of candidates. Consequently the only fee payable by the candidate to CEA is the initial registration fee.
VIRTUAL CONSULTANCY SERVICE (VCS)
Registration fee for 12 months - £100.00 GBP
Commission charged on all work undertaken - 10 per cent
Please note that all commissions are charged to client companies directly and are not deducted from the income of candidates. Consequently the only fee payable by the candidate to CEA is the initial registration fee.
VIRTUAL CONSULTANCY SERVICE (VCS) ONGOING SERVICE
City Executive associates evaluates and assesses all work undertaken by candidates throughout the term of the agreement. CEA also writes to client organisations every six months for written references for the candidate and asks clients to complete a quality management questionnaire, which enables candidates to be more proactive about service management and continuous improvement. There are no additional fees charged to candidates for this service. This is why CEA charges client companies an ongoing commission of 10 per cent on all work undertaken to ensure that all candidates and work undertaken are independently monitored, evaluated and assessed.
SUCCESS GUARANTEES
Any success achieved by the candidate, either in relation to the candidate recruitment service or the virtual consultancy service, will be determined by both the CEA evaluation and selection process, which constitutes a recruitment service provided on behalf of clients and client companies' interest in the candidate's CEA profile. City Executive Associates therefore cannot provide candidates with any guarantees of success because our responsibility as a recruitment company is ultimately to the client company and not to the candidate. CEA will not subsequently lobby client companies on a candidate's behalf, or show preference to individual candidates. City Executive Associates is a registered equal opportunities recruitment company and as such we are bound to treat all candidates equally. We cannot therefore show preference to individual candidates regardless of the circumstances.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Candidate registration can be cancelled by either party at any time by providing notice in writing to the other party. City Executive Associates reserves the right
to cancel a candidate's registration at any time if the candidate is considered to have been in breach of any of the terms and conditions herein, or if it is considered
that the candidate has acted in an unprofessional, illegal, or immoral manner. CEA reserves the right to make this decision without being obligated to provide the
candidate with explanation or justification in the ongoing interests of CEA.
REFUND POLICY
Registration fees for the candidate recruitment service (CRS) and the virtual consultancy service (VCS) are not refundable at any time during or after the 12 month period of registration.
CANDIDATE SUPPORT FROM CEA
Communication and candidate support in all cases is managed online via email. This enables the CEA recruitment team to consider responses carefully and to keep a record of all communications and candidate support within the candidate's CEA file for future reference. Interviews are available at CEA by invitation only and candidate support is not provided via text or via telephone. If you require support or assistance, please contact the CEA candidate support unit via email.
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate should be a people-orientated individual with a minimum of a business-related degree and at least five years experience in a senior management
role. Candidates will need to have specific service experience within either: E-commerce, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Human resources, Management,
Production, or Information Technology. A high ethical standard is also required.
CEA INFORMATION
The contents of the CEA web site are embodied into the terms and conditions of your agreement. In the event of any conflict however, these terms and conditions will prevail.
