We earn income by charging clients or employers a one-off service fee amounting to 10 per cent of the proposed candidate's first year salary, only if the candidate has been directly recruited by City Executive Associates. This service fee is paid by the employer, not by the candidate. Consequently all of our income as a company is entirely performance-based.

City Executive Associates also has a specific focus upon senior executive positions featuring a minimum annual salary of 100k GBP per annum and a specific focus upon consultancy, training and executive appointments

We are a small niche recruitment company and invariably manage a maximum of 50 vacancies in total at any one time, because we provide clients with a complete recruitment service.

The minimum annual salary of a position managed by City Executive Associates is 100k GBP per annum. Consequently our minimum service fee charged to clients/employers is a one-off payment of 10k GBP if a candidate is directly employed through City Executive Associates.

City Executive Associates usually completes a minimum of 25 appointments each month.
